Kelly Mallory is a primarily self taught artist who has been creating art since childhood. Interests have ranged from drawing, interior design, fabric painting, and flower gardening, but the past five years have been devoted to watercolor and oil painting. She is the mother of three sons and grandmother of seven of the world’s smartest grandchildren. Her husband of 46 years also enjoys painting since he has retired. She is a resident of Naples, Florida, and spends summers in Ashland County, Ohio. “I am blessed to summer in one of the most beautiful places in the world; the Mohican State Park where the ever changing color and light inspires one to reproduce and reflect that beauty. The trees here are majestic during all seasons, the hills, valleys and rivers all flow beautifully together reflecting the Creator Who designed them. The Master Artist has created immense beauty for all to see. My life purpose is to bring glory to God and some of my happiest moments are the times in the woods or in Redbrush Studio seeing the beauty and working to capture it on canvas.” Kelly has studied with Columbus College of Art and Design, Joyce Berry, Robert Walker, Gail Meinke, Martha Fort, and Howard Rose.
